The distinctive contemporary colours of the brand were an interesting starting point for the creation of design elements embracing both tradition and modernity.
We designed a logo consisting of a contemporary typeface with masculine shapes, and the emblem of an imaginary animal - half-lion, half-salamander - which sits above the name like a coat of arms.
The challenge was to to turn the name of a small, local cognac producer into an international brand with a contemporary, masculine feel.
